Plating for World Peace
In the physical dimension, each sentient being consists of a central axis with a vortex at both ends and a surrounding coherent field. Energy pulses from one vortex at the Crown chakra through the central axis, our kundalini or spinal cord, to our feet vortex and then wraps around itself to return to the Crown vortex. This dynamic energy flow process called the Torus, vibrates in a balanced state when we activate a meditation state. In addition to being grounding and pleasing to the senses, cooking and, most importantly, plating, when mindfully executed, aligns the energy flow of our magnetic field, radiating inner peace. Plating is by far my favorite form of meditation.
